For many years, our founder had been searching for a supplier of quality dietary supplements that had consistent low prices and allowed him to shop however and wherever they wanted. What he found instead was many stores providing the same substandard service, selection, and information. It was apparent that quality took a back seat to quantity. Duplicate and inaccurate data was rampant, expired products were being shipped to customers, and communication was non-existent. Shoppers were simply forced to tolerate this disrespectful level of care with little recourse. You can see evidence of this in the volume of negative reviews about so many vitamin shops.
After hopping from store to store to replenish his supply and finding no improvement, our founder set out to create a haven of his own. The overwhelming response from our customers has led to incredible growth. We have had to expand to larger and larger warehouses until we settled at our current location in Clifton Park, NY – outside cities and industry. There, we operate a retail store called Meadowbrook Organics and our warehouse and shipping enjoy their own separate space. However, we are already running out of room!
