BioVet Antioxidant Wafer

The Antioxidant Pet Wafer provides a full spectrum of the 'sacrificial' antioxidants: beta-carotene, vitamins C, E, selenium and zinc, in addition to IsoSproutPlex, the same proprietary blend of sprouts which is available exclusively to veterinary and pet hospitals in our Dismutase brand of feed supplements. IsoSproutPlex has been shown to increase erythrocyte superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase and methionine reductase levels endogenously. These critical 'regenerative' antioxidants enzymes overcome the traditional limitation of "one antioxidant molecule to one free radical" and prevent the formation of even more harmful reactive oxygen species.
