Stash Lemon Ginger Tea has a smooth lemon flavor with a piquant, lingering bite of ginger. Lemongrass, the main ingredient in this tea, is a tall, tropical grass with a wonderful fresh lemon aroma and flavor. The essential oil in lemongrass, citral, gives lemongrass its distinctive citrus flavor. In fact, citral is often used as a substitute for lemon oil.
