Suggested Uses Gently apply with a cotton swab to the inside of the nose, on the nose bridge, 2 to 3 times a day. May cause mild tingling sensation. Not intended to be used as a nasal drip. May cause irritation is some cases. Discontinue use in case of severe irritation. There may be nasal discharge after use. Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women.

- Avoid sour food, yogurt, deep fried foods, cold food and cold drinks
- Reduce intake of refined sugar, refined flour and hydrogenated oils
