Paprika is mild, pungent, and subtly sweet. Several varieties of "capsicum" (sweet peppers) are ground to make Paprika. Sprinke on-top of mashed potatoes instead of butter for a no-fat taste delight. Add to cheese, eggs, pasta, and sauces. Use in salad dressings, soups, Hungarian stews, sausages or wherever a mild spicy, sweet flavour and bright colour are desired.
