Orange peel can be used wherever an orange flavour and aroma is desired. For other cooking, try adding directly to batter or mixing with equal parts water. Use in marinades, sauces, tea blends, cakes, custards, hot pastries, and cookies. As a special treat, fry orange peel with banana, pineapple, mango, and kiwi for an ice-cream or cake topping.
