Hyssop Herb

Hyssop is a perennial member of the mint family. In European folk traditions it was often used as a respiratory remedy. Hyssop is known for its strong mint smell. In ancient times it was commonly strewn on floors to deodorize and purify the air. Today it is used in capsules, teas and aromatic rubs.
