Organic Unrefined Coconut Sugar

Nutiva's Organic Coconut Sugar is made from fresh coconut tree sap, collected from the cut flower buds. With a lower glycemic index than cane sugar, it is excellent for baking, or in coffee & tea. Its subtly sweet taste is similar to brown sugar with a hint of caramel.
