The Squid Oil used in this product is CalaMarine. CalaMarine is a truly eco-friendly and sustainable marine source Omega-3 and is made only from food-grade Calamari. Calamari is naturally high in DHA. In the human body there is very little conversion from ALA and EPA to DHA.
