Kali Mur (potassium chloride) is a homeopathic remedy indicated for inflammations of the nasopharyngeal region, with fibrinous coat, inflammations of the synovial bursae, mouth ulcers, sore throat, mouth ulcers and dandruff. For the relief of sore throats, colds and various children's ailments in addition to first aid treatment of burns.
