Ginseng Complex Plus Royal Jelly contains naturally occurring ginsenosides and flavonoids. Nature's Bounty's blend of Panax Ginseng and Eleuthero, plus Royal Jelly, forms a unique supplement designed for today's demanding lifestyles. Adults can take two (2) capsules two times daily, preferably with meals. Each serving of this supplement provides 30 mcg of Vitamin B-12, 300 mg of Eleuthero Siberian Root (Eleutherococcus senticosus)(root), 300 mg of Panax Ginseng Extract, 100 mg of American Ginseng Extract, 50 mg of Chinese Red Ginseng Extract and 2 mg of Royal Jelly Concentrate. If you have never taken bee products, start with a small serving per day and increase gradually in order to assess whether you are allergic. Avoid this product if you have asthma; allergies to pollen, bees or bee products; high blood pressure or a bleeding disorder.
