Milk Thistle supports liver health by blocking the entrance of harmful toxins and helping to remove these toxins from liver cells.* In addition, Milk Thistle possesses antioxidant properties that may help neutralize cell-damaging free radicals.* This product provides 250 mg of Milk Thistle Seed Extract (Silybum marianum)(standardized to contain a minimum of 80% Silymarin) per serving (1 capsule). Adults can take one (1) capsule three times daily, preferably with meals. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea, or dispersed in any liquid desired.
