Each drop contains 100 IU of Vitamin D: 4 drops provide 400 IU, 20 drops provide 2,000 IU. A full dropperful provides approximately 50 drops, or 5,000 IU.
Suggested Usage: Shake well. As a dietary supplement, Adults: Take 4 drops 1 to 5 times daily, Children: Take 4 drops once daily. Take directly or add to your favorite beverage. Best when taken with a fat-containing meal. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Omega-3 Fish Oil and Calcium supplements. Contains no: sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.
