Nature's Way Blessed Thistle is closely related to the commonly known milk thistle. Blessed Thistle has been used traditionally to treat indigestion and upset stomach. Today, Blessed Thistle is used to not only treat digestive issues, but it can be used as an anti-inflammatory. Though not supported scientifically, some believe that the herb can be used to aid anorexia, cancer, jaundice, menstrual cramps, diarrhea, and many more. Other forms of Blessed Thistle include tea, liquid extract, infusion, and tincture form. Side effects like vomitting and skin rash may occur (especially if the user is allergic to the herb).
