Caprylic Acid (Octanoic Acid) is a medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) - typically found in coconut and palm kernel oils. It possesses anti-fungal properties that may help fight Candida, as well as help maintain normal stomach acidity levels. Much like carbohydrates, Caprylic acid is digested in the liver, not gut, which makes it a great source of quick energy.
