Suggested Use: Place plastic side of holder against saturated wool or cotton flannel that is placed on desired body area centering pack between the flaps. Secure with straps and place heating pad inside pouch of holder. Adjust heat setting as necessary. Hand wash only with mild soap and water. Plastic may be cleansed with solution of baking soda if desired.
