An evergreen shrub with pale blue flowers, Rosemary has long been a symbol of remembrance, love, and fidelity. Its leaves, much like needles, have an aromatic menthol scent and bittersweet flavour. Commonly used to flavour vegetables, meats, poultry, soups, stews, and fish. Rosemary complements the herbs Chives, Thyme, Chervil, Parsley, and Bay leaves.
