C-Complex Powder

This C-Complex Powder is formulated with buffered Calcium Ascorbate for acid-sensitive individuals. Acerola and Rose Hips are natural sources of Ascorbic Acid. Bioflavonoids are usually found in Vitamin C-rich foods.

From the FDA's website: "Some scientific evidence suggests that consumption of antioxidant vitamins may reduce the risk of certain forms of cancer. However, FDA has determined that this evidence is limited and not conclusive."

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1/4 level teaspoon (slightly rounded) 1 to 4 times daily. Mix into orange juice or other strong tasting juices to mask the taste.
