Blonde Tone Enhancer

Yellows and oranges are great for sunsets, but not always for blondes. Blonde Tone Enhancer uses Violet Extract and Blue Spirulina, to help bring out cooler tones and give our hair some extra love. To use, shampoo and condition hair, towel dry and spray directly into hair. Apply one or two spritzes into your palm, rub together and run fingers through your hair.
